Service Description

Here we will start to lay the basic foundations to set your baby up for success. Parents will be given the guidance and tools need to get started on sleep training. We will set the parent up with which sleep training style they are most comfortable with. Not all sleep training means 'cry it out'. I am here to help bring ease and comfort during this process. -45 minute phone consultation- we will discuss all sleep concerns you are having and come up with a plan on how to address those issues -Strategy Recap (emailed to you)- the email will recap our call, have a customized plan to help resolve your concerns, and tips for the future. -2 days of email support to be used within 2 weeks -1 additional 20 minute support call to be used within 2 weeks of the consult
